陇东学院是一所全日制综合性省属普通本科院校，地处甘肃省庆阳市。学校现占地面积1310余亩，校舍建筑面积57万平方米, 现有全日制在校生18758人，教职工1253人，其中具有高级以上职称人员530人，博士、硕士学位教师814人，国务院特殊津贴专家4人。学校设有13个二级学院,招生专业42个，涉及文、理、教、工、农、管等9个学科门类。学校现有1个国家级一流本科专业、2门国家级一流本科课程、1个国家级理科实践教育基地、5个省级重点学科、19个省级一流本科专业、41门省级一流本科课程、9个省级特色专业、10个省级教学团队、27门省级精品课程、2个省级重点实验室、2个省级高校重点实验室等。

学校重视国际化教育，与美国中央俄克拉荷马大学、美国北亚利桑那大学，意大利图西亚大学、俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立工业技术大学、白俄罗斯国立技术大学、韩国国立全北大学等23所院校签署了合作协议，是“一带一路”沿线国家高校战略联盟发起院校。学校先后派出学生到美国、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、罗马尼亚等国留学。与西安电子科技大学、延安大学、天津职业技术师范大学等联合培养硕士研究生。与兰州大学、华南理工大学、华东理工大学、陕西师范大学、西北农林科技大学、西北师范大学、天津师范大学、天津中医药大学、西安石油大学等九所高校联合培养本科生。现有来自俄罗斯、老挝、蒙古、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦等国家的留学生在校学习。学校设立“ 陇东学院国际学生校长奖学金”,鼓励吸收品学兼优的各类留学生来校学习。陇东学院拥有良好的教学、生活环境及优良的校园环境，热诚欢迎世界各国学生来校学习。

一、招生类别和名额

我校招收学历生和汉语语言生。学历生以汉语言文学、经济学、信息工程本科专业为主，具有学士学位授予权的其他专业也可招生。语言生需取得高中或同等学历毕业证书。

1.学历生：“校长奖学金”学生15人，自费生名额不限。

2.语言生：“校长奖学金”学生15人，自费生名额不限。

二、学习方式和学习年限

1.学习方式为全日制。我校实行双学期制，第一个学期九月至次年一月，第二个学期二月至七月。

2.学历生学制4年，语言生学制1年。授课语言均为汉语。

三、申请资格

1.申请人为非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照。

2.身体健康，品行端正，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。

3.学历生HSK新四级成绩180分及以上。

四、申请材料

申请人需准备以下材料，并将扫描件（PDF或JPG格式）发送至jwcgjs@ldxy.edu.cn，开学报到时查验原件。

1.本人护照。

2.《陇东学院国际学生入学申请表》（附件1），用中文或英文填写。

3.高中或同等学历毕业证书、成绩单及公证文件。

4.HSK考试成绩单（仅学历生）。

5.《外国人体格检查记录》（附件2）。

6.无犯罪证明。

五、申请时间

申请者即日起可提交申请材料，2025年6月30日以后（依据我校成功收到邮件时间）不再受理。

六、审核录取及入学时间

学校将严格审核学生提交的材料，根据学生申请专业和招生计划择优录取。按期向录取学生邮寄《陇东学院录取通知书》和JW202表，并通知学生本人。

录取学生必须于2025年9月4日至9月5日，持录取通知书、X1签证和申请材料原件到学校教务处招生考试科

（敏行楼316室）报到。未履行延期手续且超过报到时间15天者，取消入学资格。

七、费用

1.自费生依据《陇东学院国际学生收费标准》（附件3）收取。

2.陇东学院校长奖学金学生：免本科学习阶段（四年）学费及住宿费，第一学年为学生提供500元/月生活费（共12个月），从第二学年开始按照《陇东学院国际学生校长奖学金实施办法》发放生活费。

Longdong University is a full-time comprehensive provincial public undergraduate institution located in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, China. The university covers an area of over 1,310 mu (approximately 873,333 square meters) with a building area of 570,000 square meters. It currently has 18,758 full-time students and 1,253 faculty and staff members, including 530 personnel with senior professional titles or higher and 814 teachers holding doctoral or master's degrees. Four experts enjoy special allowances from the State Council. The university comprises 13 secondary colleges offering 42 undergraduate majors across 9 disciplines, including literature, science, education, engineering, agriculture, and management.

The notable academic resources include: 1 national first-class undergraduate program, 2 national first-class undergraduate courses, 1 national science practice education base, 5 provincial key disciplines, 19 provincial first-class undergraduate programs, 41 provincial first-class undergraduate courses, 9 provincial characteristic programs, 10 provincial teaching teams, 27 provincial excellent courses, 2 provincial key laboratories, and 2 provincial key laboratories in colleges and universities.

Committed to international education, Longdong University has signed cooperation agreements with 23 institutions worldwide, including the University of Central Oklahoma (USA), Northern Arizona University (USA), University of Tuscia (Italy), St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technology and Design (Russia), Belarusian National Technical University (Belarus), and National Chonbuk University (South Korea). It is a founding member of the “Belt and Road” University Strategic Alliance. The university has dispatched students to study in the USA, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, and other countries. It jointly cultivates master’s students with Xidian University, Yan’an University, and Tianjin University of Technology and Education, and undergraduate students with nine universities, including Lanzhou University, South China University of Technology, East China University of Science and Technology, Shaanxi Normal University, Northwest A&F University, Northwest Normal University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Xi’an Shiyou University. Currently, it enrolls international students from Russia, Laos, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries.

I. Admission Categories and Quotas

We enroll degree students and Chinese language students. Degree programs primarily include Chinese Language and Literature, Economics, and Information Engineering, and other majors with bachelor’s degree-conferring. Language students must hold a high school or equivalent diploma.

1. Degree Students: 15 spots for President’s Scholarship recipients; unlimited spots for self-funded students.

2. Chinese Language Students: 15 spots for President’s Scholarship recipients; unlimited spots for self-funded students.

II. Study Mode and Duration

1. Full-time study. The university operates on a two-semester system:

- First semester: September to January

- Second semester: February to July

2. Duration: 4 years for degree students; 1 year for language students. All courses are taught in Chinese.

III. Eligibility

1. Non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport.

2. In good health, of good moral character, and compliant with Chinese laws, regulations, and university rules.

3. Degree students must have an HSK (Level 4) score of 180 or higher.

IV. Application Materials

Applicants must prepare the following materials, scan them (in PDF or JPG format), and email them to jwcgjs@ldxy.edu.cn. Original documents will be verified during registration.

1. Passport (biographical page).

2. Longdong University International Student Application Form (Appendix 1), filled out in Chinese or English.

3. High school or equivalent diploma, academic transcripts, and notarized translations (if in non-Chinese/non-English).

4. HSK score report (for degree students only).

5. Foreign Physical Examination Form (Appendix 2), completed within the last 6 months.

6. Non-criminal record certificate.

V. Application Period

Applications are accepted starting immediately. Deadline: June 30, 2025 (applications received after this date, based on email reception time, will not be processed).

VI. Admission Review and Registration

- Applications will be reviewed strictly, and offers will be made based on academic merit and program quotas.

- Accepted students will receive the Admission Notice and JW202 Form by mail and will be individually notified.

- Registration period: September 4–5, 2025. Students must report to the Admissions Office (Room 309, Minxing Building) with their admission notice, X1 visa, and original application materials. Failure to register within 15 days without prior approval will result in admission revocation.

VII. Fees

1. Self-funded students: Tuition and fees follow the Longdong University International Student Fee Schedule (Appendix 3).

2. President’s Scholarship recipients:

- Tuition and accommodation fees waived for the 4-year undergraduate program.

- First-year living allowance: 500 RMB per month (for 12 months). From the second year, allowances will be distributed according to the Longdong University President’s Scholarship Implementation Rules.
